Appreciatively I receive many requests to video chat via skype. I sincerely enjoy hearing about your interests, goals and challenges. And I am happy to share my knowledge and expertise with you. So, let's get started…please email me your topic choice to save time and money!
My goals were reached through dedicated effort, overcoming physical and mental challenges and a large investment of my time and money. Competing or just staying fit is a continuing process… currently I'm training for my next powerlifting competition. Though my training time is valuable so is the we have skyping together. You will receive the 110% attention you expect from me when we talk.
To be clear, I do not do muscle worship or video posing sessions. Although I promise not to wear a hoodie when we talk ;-)

When you send the payment, you will have 2 options. (a) If you trust me to keep my word, choose “Send Money to Family and Friends” (b) If you feel uncomfortable about sending money prior to receiving the service, choose “Pay For Goods and Services”. You will have to pay a small fee but you are 100% protected by PayPal in the event you are not happy with your video chat session. You let PayPal know and they will refund the amount of the service you paid for.

After you put in the dollar amount, you will see a box for notes. In that box, list your name, skype name, what time zone you are in and 3 options of days and times you are available for chat. Then hit send.
I will get back to you ASAP, no later than 24 hours after you send the money.
When my available time has been filled, we will put a note on this page and/or remove the PayPal button until my time becomes available again.

Training
How many of you started training after reading or seeing pictures in a fitness or bodybuilding magazine? With so much social media and HD photography exposure today we've all become more self aware about appearance.
Training must be personalized or customized to what your purpose for training is. The days of taking a workout routine out of a magazine because the person that wrote it looks great is not practical and often healthy. This is need-to-know information everyone needs to know to achieve a desired result.

Preparing for Competition
Training to train and training for a bodybuilding competition are two entirely different worlds.
This is where all of the pieces must come together in order to sculpt your body.
Preparation, the overall mental aspects, training strategic planning & adjustments, nutritional strategy, posing routines to master, body fat measurements, posing suit descisions, make-up, emotions to control, tanning strategy and stage presence, etc.
Whoever first said, "no pain, no gain", must have been a bodybuilder. :)
